How it works
From the sentence you type to the moment you rate each other. No support line, no ticket number.
The front door is a text box. No categories, no form with twenty fields.
What the job is worth to you, start to finish, not per hour.
HUFA puts it in front of Hufers nearby. One accepts, or it stays open.
You talk it through with the Hufer and settle the job and the final price before anyone sets out.
Four digits, yours. The Hufer cannot start without hearing them from you.
The job closes when you give the End PIN. You pay in the app.
Both directions, every job.
In their own words, not squashed into a category.
One tap, and only if you want it. You know what the work is before you leave home, and you can end a job and walk away if what you find is not what was described.
Talk it through with the requester and settle the final price before you set out.
They read four digits to you. That starts the job and proves you were expected.
When the work is finished, they give you the End PIN and the job closes.
Paid through the app on completion. You rate the requester the same way they rate you.
The money
HUFA has no rate card. You put a starting price on the job, for the job start to finish rather than per hour. The Hufer who accepts it agrees the final price with you on a call or chat, before anyone sets out. You pay in the app after you give the End PIN. Nothing is taken when you post or when a Hufer accepts.
What HUFA asks of you
Through Seva Sindhu. It is done before HUFA sends you your first job.
Somebody is waiting on you. There is no way to be casual about it.
It protects you as much as them, and it proves when the job began.
Every job, both ways. It is how a stranger decides to let you into their house.
Write it in one sentence. A person from HUFA calls you.
