Last updated 9 October 2026. This covers the HUFA app on iPhone and Android.
HUFA connects requesters who need something done with Hufers who do it in person. HUFA runs the app. It is not part of the agreement between you.
Hufers are not HUFA employees. HUFA does not direct how a job is done.
The requester sets a starting price. Both sides can agree a final price in the job chat before the Start PIN. Payment is made in the app after the End PIN. HUFA does not charge a fee today, and will tell you in the app before that changes.
Requests that are illegal or unsafe.
Every Hufer's ID is checked by a person at HUFA before their first job.
No abusive, threatening, hateful or sexual messages, photos or requests. Every job has Report and Block. We review reports within 24 hours and close the accounts of people who break this.
Either side can cancel before the Start PIN. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may limit your account.
You must be 18 or older. Keep your details true. One account per person.
To the extent the law allows, HUFA is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from a job.
Talk in the job chat first. If that doesn't work, write to info@hufa.in with the job details.
If these terms change, we'll tell you in the app.
Indian law applies. Courts in Bangalore have jurisdiction.
